Worcester Rehab Recognizes Employees of the Year
WORCESTER, M.A. — Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center held a recognition ceremony on Thursday, July 18th to honor their Employees of the Year. Among those recognized were Pauli Milic in maintenance, Occupational Therapist Carli Rita, MDS Director Glendien Turner, Recreation Director Jen Vail, LPN Shirley Sarpong, Destinee Giacobbi in the kitchen, C.N.A. Steven Quarm, Tatiana Vivier-Toro in activities, and Cheryl Morrow in medical records/central supply.
Department heads nominated employees for each category and all the staff at the center voted. Each team member received a trophy and an Employee of the Year t-shirt.
Administrator Philip Johnson addressed his team and highlighted how proud he is of the staff and the work they do. Director of Nursing Dorcas Awojulu also spoke and recognized each staff member and what makes them stand out.
